Watch out, this is definitely a scam call. Someone rang me pretending to be from BT support, claiming they noticed issues with my Internet connection. They even asked me to open my laptop so they could ‘fix’ the problem remotely! Since the call came through on my home phone, I quickly triggered a loud alarm on my mobile and held both phones next to each other. Haha, they hung up almost immediately. Honestly, these scammers are just awful folks. Keep your guard up and don’t fall for their tricks! 🤗
