I received a message from someone who left their name and requested that I return the call. They mentioned a specific property's address and referenced the West Suffolk Council. However, when I looked up the number for the council, it turned out to be entirely different. Quite puzzling, really!

I likely can't call back directly, as this isn't their main contact number, but I suspect it’s an employee addressing specific issues - after all, they owe me money! I’ll keep you posted should I discover it was a fraudulent call and will inform the authorities if necessary.
