Got a call saying I’d supposedly been in a no-fault accident - totally caught me off guard! The first woman, who spoke with an English accent, then handed me over to a “manager” who sounded Indian. She just repeated the same story about the accident. I asked her who she was and which company she worked for, but got no proper reply. I told them straight that they’d reached an emergency number and might be interrupting a real emergency call. They didn’t waste any more time and hung up right away. Pretty sure it’s a scam targeting people who might be easy to fool.
