Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming she was from Virgin Media, telling me there was something wrong with my internet. Sounds like one of those scams because it was just the same old scripted nonsense I’ve heard before. I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from a woman named Lisa, claiming I qualified for a free boiler replacement. When I asked how she got my info since she knew my name, she suddenly started swearing and hung up. Proper rude! So I rang back the number, and some recorded message started up saying “thank you for calling the Energy Department, press 1 to talk to someone.” Then out of nowhere, this weird American voice took over and cut the call. The number showed up as Voxbone SA again. I reckon Voxbone SA should be shut down - they’re clearly behind letting these scammers run around. It’s really frustrating!
