Back in November, I got a call from William about setting up an inspection for insulation. We agreed on a date, but no one showed up and I never got a call to say they wouldn’t be coming. Today, I rang them to try arranging it again, but I told them I wasn’t interested anymore. William then asked if he should put me on a list so they wouldn’t call me again, and stupidly, I said yes - probably the worst thing to say on these cold calls. Now I’m pretty annoyed and a bit worried I might get scammed.

They insisted they weren’t doing any cold calls and asked me to verify if I was the homeowner. I just ended the call right there.
