When I let him know that cold calls are not on, I requested to be put through to his supervisor. I then inquired about his credentials, intending to raise a complaint regarding GDPR and escalate things to the Information Commissioner. To my astonishment, he insisted that I had previously consented to partake in a survey and promised to send through the recordings as evidence! The number they rang from was 01840213474.
