I received a call from a chap who introduced himself as Kevin, claiming to be part of the IT department based in London. His accent was notably thick; I’d wager it was either Indian or Asian, making it a challenge to decipher his words. He started talking about an issue with my computer, but I had to inform him that I don’t own one. I inquired about the company he represented, which seemed to agitate him. He insisted on speaking to the individual responsible for the computer in my household. I reiterated my question, asking for the name of the company. He grew increasingly frustrated, fixating on the topic of the computer. At that point, I found the entire exchange utterly absurd and decided to cut the conversation short by hanging up.
