Some bloke rang me and started screaming on the phone about my devices being in danger because of issues with my computer. I asked if I could talk to his supervisor, and then this other guy took over. When I asked for the manager, they just sent me back to the first guy who suddenly said he was the manager. He threatened to cut off my computer, but before I ended the call, I told him that doing that would be unlawful.
