I got a voicemail this morning from some bloke speaking with a posh English accent saying the call was from BT and that my internet would be cut off today. I was told to ‘press 1 to talk about it or 2 to go ahead with the disconnection’. Totally fishy, especially since I’ve had the exact same call twice now. I just ignored them and my internet’s still working fine with Mel. What’s weird is they rang a number without any internet at all, and I don’t even use BT for my phone line. It sounded super legit though, very well done - so watch out for this sort of thing!
