Got a call from some dodgy overseas call centre, probably a scam for mobiles. The bloke’s accent was so thick I could barely make out what he was saying. Total rubbish.

It's so annoying! I kept getting calls every few minutes, like clockwork. When I finally picked up, they just hung up straight away.

I reckon this could be a bit of a scam, but they seem to be working off an old 3 mobile database, asking questions that 3 would've already had answers for. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been called about 5 times. The last couple of times, I told them "I’ve got their number and will report them to the Data Protection Office," and they hung up straight away, which was quite surprising. If more people reported this to the ICO, they might finally get shut down. Reporting it to Ofcom is pointless nowadays since they don’t really do anything for the consumer anymore.
