I received a rather discourteous call from someone who insisted on addressing me as Mr Mark, yet struggled to get my surname right. When I kindly asked him to clarify his request, he brusquely told me not to question him and admitted he couldn't pronounce it. There were a few rather odd remarks thrown in before he abruptly ended the call. Quite an unpleasant experience, I must say!
