When I tried calling them back to catch them out, all I got was some robotic voice that rudely said "goodbye". It's pretty sad the tactics they use, but honestly, it's just a bit annoying.

Got a call from a bloke saying he was with BT Openreach, but I wasn’t convinced he was legit. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.
