Got a call around midday, showed up as * international - 01837 something. The bloke said he was from some energy firm, but I couldn't quite catch which one, or maybe he never said for real. He was banging on about loft and cavity wall insulation. I’ve already got both done and told him I wasn’t interested, tried to cut him off nicely but he kept talking right over me. Eventually I had to raise my voice and warn I’d hang up if he didn’t stop. Definitely not some robo call.

I had a missed call from what seemed like a local number, but there was no voicemail or message. When I tried calling it back from my phone's recent calls, it just said "number not recognised." Feels a bit dodgy, doesn’t it?
