Got a voicemail saying my internet’s been used illegally and it’s gonna be cut off in a day - sounded dodgy to me.

I keep getting these calls from a rather robotic voice claiming there’s some dodgy activity on my internet, and if I don’t hit 1 right away, my connection will be cut off in a day! I've already checked with Virgin Media, and they assure me it’s nothing to do with them. No idea what could happen if I actually press 1. This has happened three times already!
