4 yearsThis bloke had quite a thick Indian accent, and I swear I heard him say he was ‘cancelling’ a transaction, but turns out he meant ‘transferring’ money from Sky - and I’ve never even had a contract with them! He wanted my date of birth, so I just made one up, then straight after asked for my bank card details. I couldn’t stop laughing the whole time, but he kept going, telling me “No ma’am, this isn’t a scam.” Normally they hang up on me quick enough, but this time he kept on wasting my time.
