Had a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming she was from BT, talking about internet stuff and all the usual nonsense. She kept saying I needed to update my internet device or something, and when I asked questions, she kept going on about how 85% of people use BT. She refused to send any email or even a letter to prove it. Got quite annoyed when I wouldn’t play along. I told her I thought it was a scam since she was calling from Scotland, then just ended the call. Pretty sure I’ll get a few more calls like that today.
