This is a personal landline and it got spoofed on 8th July 2021. I reported it to both British Telecom and Action Fraud straight away. BT told me there was some sort of crossed line issue, but they've sorted it out now. I never make calls from my home phone, so any calls you got weren’t actually from here.

i got a call from a man with an asian accent claiming to be from virgin's refund team, said i could get £202 back cause of an overcharge. he wanted my dob and which bank i use. when i tried to ask him something, he just hung up on me.

I just ignored the call since I didn’t recognise the number and then blocked it straight away.
