On 26th Jan 2019 at about 11 in the morning, I got a recorded call from a bloke with a fairly neutral British accent. He said something about my internet and landline from British Telecom being cut off today. There were some choices on the keypad like press 1 to keep service or press 2 for other options. I just ended the call straight away.
