Got a call from someone with a strong Indian accent, their English was pretty rough. They claimed to be from some visa department and wanted to check my recent purchases and card info to verify my account or something. Seemed like they were just reading from a script because whenever I tried asking anything unexpected, they stuck to the same lines. As soon as I called them out on being a scammer, they just hung up on me.

There was a call from a number I didn’t recognise, saying they were from BT about my internet. But then again, sometimes these calls claim to be TalkTalk. Bit confusing really.

I just got a robotic lady's voice saying my line would get cut off today. Thing is, my number is never listed anywhere and I’ve had it registered with the TPS for ages to avoid those unsolicited calls. Honestly, how on earth do these crooks keep finding my number? What steps are being taken to stop this happening again? It’s bloody annoying!
