Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, saying our landline and internet were about to be cut off due to some suspicious activity. They said they'd tried calling before, but this was the first time we heard from them. The message told me to press 1 to chat with a director, so I did. A woman with a thick Indian accent answered, asked how my day was, and insisted they were about to disconnect us. I ended the call straight away.
