I've had four calls from these chaps purporting to be from BT, claiming my computer's been hacked and my router's in a right state. It's nothing but a scam, I tell you! Don't share any information or hit any buttons they instruct you to. Best to report this to the police and to BT as well. Keep your wits about you!

I've gotten calls from these lot about four times so far, all saying they're with BT and that my router’s messed up and my computer’s in trouble. It’s definitely a scam! Don’t give them any info or press any buttons they tell you to. Best to report them straight away to both BT and the police.
