They said there was an issue with my internet speed and usage and asked me to visit a certain website, which wasn’t an official BT site. I told them I wasn’t comfortable doing that, and then they started threatening to disconnect my internet and landline if I didn’t comply. They kept pushing me to go on with it, trying to pressure me.
