i really think this was a scam trying to steal info for hacking. the caller said they were from bt openreach doing an internet speed test but kept pressing me about what devices were linked to my internet. they wouldn’t explain why they needed that info or what was going to happen with it. needless to say, ive blocked the number now. last time i checked, bt openreach doesn’t ring up out of the blue to check your internet speed.
