Someone rang me claiming to be from Amazon about my Prime membership. I found it fishy straight away since I had already sorted my renewal back in July. I just blocked the number, but it worries me how many might believe it’s legit, especially if they get the call near their renewal date.

Got a robotic voice saying my Amazon Prime was about to renew automatically. Thing is, I’ve never even signed up for Prime, so it’s obviously dodgy. Just told them nothing to do with me and ended the call straight away.
