Got a call from some bloke saying our loft insulation could lead to damp and was unsafe. I told him we don’t have any insulation and even mentioned where he got our number, then he just cut me off. You’d think these scammers might learn some manners, no genuine sales rep just slams the phone down. Oh, and FYI we do have insulation but I never spill the real beans to callers - I always fib, tell them the exact opposite, and they soon bugger off.

I keep getting calls every day from numbers I don’t know, but there’s just silence when I answer. It’s really starting to annoy me. Might have to invest in a new phone that has better call blocking features because these random calls are driving me mad!
