7 yearsThis morning, I received a rather dubious call from a number I didn't recognise, supposedly from 'Tarporley'-a place I've never even heard of! An unaccented woman's voice came through, claiming, "Hello. This is an automated message from BT. Your IP address is at risk and will be terminated shortly," followed by the usual nonsense urging me to press 1 to speak to a technician.
