I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent claiming he worked for BT. He told me BT was replacing Virgin and needed info about whether I used any gadgets like a tablet or computer. He was really pushy, even threatening to cut off my internet and phone if I didn’t cooperate. I reached out to BT directly and they told me it was probably a scam.
