Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, saying there’s an issue with my broadband and they could fix it. They told me to hit Ctrl, Windows and R all at once, then punch in EVENTVWR. I knew straight away they were trying to get access and possibly hack me. I just repeated what they asked me but with a big “F**k off” instead. They called me a rude name and then just cut the call.
