I gave her a bit of a hard time and pretty firmly told her to take my details off their list. She hung up on me after that, but then about 10 minutes later, she called again. Strangely, she called me Michelle, which isn’t even my name - so weird! Sounds like she was probably on her second call and mixed us up.
