I've been receiving calls from this number a few times a week. Is there a chance I'm being billed for these?

For the past couple of days, this number has been persistently ringing my phone. I’ve chosen not to pick up since I’m not familiar with it. Oddly enough, there’s been no voicemail left either. Very peculiar!
