Picked up the phone and stayed quiet for a bit, then someone with an accent said hello before hanging up straight away. A little while later, the same number popped up again but it was a different person this time. Looks like a scam to me. The number’s from Tamworth, 01827 768281. I’ve gone ahead and blocked them now.
