Somebody rang me saying they were with Virgin Media. Honestly, it was really hard to make out what they were saying because there was loads of mumbling and noise in the background, like a bunch of people all talking at once. Felt less like a proper call centre and more like some dodgy scam operation. After I kept telling him I couldn't hear a word, the bloke just ended the call. Quite dodgy if you ask me.
