Got a robocall with some American lady saying, "Hello, this is Shirley from your Internet Provider. We've detected multiple breaches on your IP address.." - total scam, don't trust it!

My dad got a call today from someone saying they were with BT and that our broadband was being hacked or something. I rang up BT customer support afterwards and they told me they hadn’t contacted us at all and there wasn’t any problem with the line. Definitely looks like a scam to me.
