Sounds like it was some kind of fake robot voice, maybe AI or something, claiming to be from BT tech support. It warned that my internet would get disconnected in a day because of supposed hacking on my IP. They tried to get me to press buttons on my phone too. Having a recording probably wouldn’t of helped at all.
