I got a call from an Asian woman who gave herself an English name and said she was from Virgin’s tech support. She claimed they’d gotten complaints about my slow internet and called to fix it. Honestly, I find these calls hilarious and like to play along, acting like I have no clue about anything tech-related. So I asked her a simple question about what my internet speed should actually be. She began to stutter straight away and then just hung up on me. How daft are they, trying to scam folks without even having a decent answer for such an easy question? Ridiculous. ####
