I got a call from this number about 1:15pm today. When I answered, there was an automated voice of a woman claiming she was from TalkTalk. She said my phone was going to be cut off within 24 hours because "they needed to change my IP address and router." It sounded dodgy straight away, so I ended the call and contacted TalkTalk directly. They told me it was definitely a scam and that they never use automated messages to call customers. I've since blocked the number.
