Got a call from a Chinese lady who claimed there was a security issue between computers. She asked if I was at my computer and said she’d guide me through fixing it. Honestly, I just hung up straight away!

Got a call from 01825841120 around 3pm on 28/04/14. Tried ringing back but it just said number not recognised.

This call came from some call centre in India, I reckon. The person on the line claimed they were from tech support and told me there was a virus on my PC. Then they tried to get me to install some program from their site to 'fix' the problem. Nope, very dodgy attempt. Total scam.
