Had some issues with my internet earlier and got a call saying my system was hacked or something. I didn't really believe it and when I brushed them off, they just ended the call. Now I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.

I've had four calls today from various numbers, all claiming to be from BT Openreach saying my internet or computer is at risk. Pretty sneaky, since I don’t even own a computer or use the internet!

Got a call from 01825 740795 but it actually seemed to come via 0239 2791453 cause when I checked 1471 it showed 01825 740795 but my call log had the 0239 number instead. They said they were from Openreach, but I’m pretty sure it was a scam, probably a dodgy computer trying to trick you with a virus scare. I just put the phone down once I figured out it was dodgy.
