I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was from BT and telling me my internet was terrible, which isn't true at all since my connection is fine and I’m not even a BT customer. I told her she was probably trying to scam me, and then she called me a bloody idiot before hanging up. No official BT rep would ever behave like that.
