What a load of nonsense! I looked up Ruthin’s number which is 01824, but 018249 isn’t in the Bt phone directory from ’98 anywhere. The call was just some automated message claiming Bt internet and email would be cut off. Honestly, how can Bt let this kind of dodgy stuff run on their network?
