I've been bombarded with countless unwelcome calls from this number! They never leave a voicemail, which is rather frustrating. To make matters worse, my Android device froze on a black screen, and I couldn't interact with any of the apps or settings. In the end, I had to power it down completely. I've now put a block on that number!

this number rang me, but when I answered there was silence then a loud click sound. after that my android phone froze with the screen going black, but the three buttons (home, back and menu) at the bottom of the screen stayed lit up. couldnt unlock it at all, had to yank out the battery to restart it and thankfully that did the trick.
