7 yearsAbsolutely dreadful experience! This seems to be just one in an endless stream of calls from chaps who come off as rather hostile and certainly not pleasant. Most of them threaten to cut off my internet connection unless I play along with their demands. It’s quite clear they’re simply out to con you out of your hard-earned cash. I tried greeting them twice with a "Hello," but shockingly, I got no reply whatsoever. I was having a tough time reading the number, so I felt compelled to keep the line open-otherwise, I knew there’d be no chance of tracing the number later. During the call, I picked up on some unintended noises from their end, which indicated they were waiting, as if they were straining to catch any sound from me.
