I could barely understand because of the really strong Indian accent, but I caught something about a "karma experience"? They said I’d won a holiday competition, which I never even took part in, so I’m guessing it’s just a scam.

Honestly, I wouldn't trust anything they tell you. Seems like a sketchy, bogus outfit to me. Watch out!
