Yesterday morning at around 10:30, I got a phone call from this number. The woman who answered sounded really flustered and unsure, which was a bit worrying. In the background, I could hear noises typical of a call centre. Honestly, it left me feeling uneasy because I felt sorry for her situation.

Got a call from a young woman claiming the company had contacted me ages ago about loft insulation. She said they were nearby this afternoon and asked if they could pop round to check the insulation. Found it a bit fishy so I've blocked the number now to avoid any more calls.

I answered the phone but no one was speaking. As I hung up, my mum’s phone started ringing with the same number. The caller wanted to discuss insulation with her. Over the past few weeks, both our landlines have been getting loads of calls from different local numbers all about insulation. I can’t say for certain if it’s the same company every time, but it seems likely. We’ve told them the info they have on both our houses is wrong and asked them not to call again. Yet they keep on ringing regardless. The ICO really ought to crack down on these annoying companies!
