The person on the other end didn’t take it well and told me to fxxx off before slamming the phone down. This lot definitely aren’t legit. Best thing is to just hang up as soon as they call.

I really don’t know much about these things and if they hadn’t called me, I would’ve just stayed clueless. Can’t recommend them enough!

They say they’re allowed to do this boiler replacement thing, but really they’re just a business trying to get customers. Honestly, anyone can say they’re authorised to do something, doesn’t mean they should be ringing you out the blue. I held off replying till my new boiler was fitted since I wasn’t certain if I’d be eligible, but it all worked out fine in the end.
