I got a call from Kensington & Shaw, which I later found out is connected to Corporate Commercial Surveyors Ltd and a few others, all owned by this guy Christian Goodhand. They’ve been flagged quite a bit for pushy sales pitches and stuff that sounds a bit off. Honestly, it’s best to just ignore the call and block the number. If they’ve reached out to you already, make sure you do your own digging from reliable sources before dealing with them.
