Just got a call this morning claiming there'd been a road accident involving me, which is total rubbish because nothing happened. The number they used was from Taunton, Somerset. I remember getting a similar call some time ago from a Manchester number with the exact same nonsense.

Got a call out the blue today from someone wanting "feedback about any car damage over the past couple of years." They already had my name but couldn’t explain any details about the damage or who would actually use the info. Said it was something linked to a database insurance companies use. Kept saying it wasn’t a sales pitch, just a check to see if I was content the issue had been sorted. I told them my number’s on the TPS list and ended the call straight away.

Somehow they already had my name and called me claiming I was in a car crash I never had. Honestly, anyone who’s out there selling phone numbers to these companies deserves to be stuck on giant spikes covered in lemon juice. It’s ridiculous how they get your info so easily.

Even though I’m signed up with the TPS, these companies won't stop calling me, even though I never gave them permission to ring. It’s really annoying how they keep harassing me like this.
