I got a recorded call claiming my “internet company” had been trying to get in touch and that my service would be disconnected in 48 hours. I just ended the call right away. Funny thing is, they’ve got no clue who my actual internet provider is. I’m locked into a contract, so it’s obviously a scam. Honestly, these scammers are awful. I’m not the angry type normally, but if I ever crossed paths with them, I wouldn’t think twice about landing a punch.
