Got a call that seemed legit at first, bloke with a proper English accent, real deep and clear voice. It came through BT saying our broadband and landline would stop today unless we pressed one to chat with their tech team or two to end the service. I didn’t fall for it though, just hit the "end call" button straight away - best option really!
