they called claiming to be from bt, saying my broadband and phone line would be disconnected today. they told me to press 1 to keep my service going. i didn’t press anything because i wasn’t sure if the call would cost me, especially since they were trying to transfer me. plus, i’m not even a bt customer, so obviously it was just a scam.
